I had an extremely positive car buying experience! It was hard to trade my 10 year old Jeep, but I received a great deal that I couldn’t pass up. Everyone was so nice and so helpful! Once home, I realized one of my tires wouldn’t hold air. The next day, I took it back and the GM very graciously replaced all 4 tires!! I am so very thankful for them taking care of me and ensuring my safety.-July 9th, 2018

I just have to say we had the best experience.
Every employee had a smile and positive attitude no matter what was thrown at them.
Harold even played with my 9month old daughter when we were singing paper work, that meant so much.

This is the most professional dealerships that I have ever been too. I was looking for a specific truck. Rashid went well above his job description and went out and found the exact vehicle I was looking for. It was priced very reasonably, but a little over my budget. By the time Ashley in finance got done beating the bank and the general manager down, I left with a lower payment then I was wanting to pay. I originally purchased a 2014 Ford Edge 6 months ago. I took the car back to OBFM and wanted to trade it since I was not happy with the car due to it beginning to have problems. Rashid was terrific at helping me find the right car and get a great deal. Ashley in Finance is terrific at getting your payment to an affordable level as well as explaining all the details of the sale. The guys at Ole Ben Franklin Motors Alcoa really saved me today. I have a 2 yr. old Lincoln MKZ that showed my key fob battery needed changing. I decided to go ahead and change both fobs batteries and all went well until I tried to put them back together. 2 hrs and 4 intelligent adults later I had to jump into my old Ford truck and drive all the way to Knoxville. On the way I passed Ole Ben Franklin and thought maybe they can help. First guy asked if I bought the car from them and I said no. He smiled, said OK and went to work on it. After a few minutes he figured there must be a trick so he took it to Tom Weiss the general manager. Tom went to work on it and in a few minutes had it back together. I though maybe they would put the second fob back together, which was in 4 pieces. Tom went to work on the second one when a delightful young man named Mitchell walked up to help him finish. Seems they had both worked for a Lincoln dealership before and that is why they knew how to do it. They saved me 1.5 hrs drive and probably a charge from the dealership and got me home in time for my company. THANK YOU TOM AND MITCHELL for being so gracious. These are the kind of people I love doing business with. They treated me like their best customer even though they knew I had never bought anything from them. I will surely try them the next time I am in the market for a car.-8/4/2018

Today the guys at Ole Ben Franklin Motors in Alcoa really saved me. My 2 yr old Lincoln MKZ was showing low battery in the key so I decided to change the batteries in both key fobs. They came apart easily but over 2 hrs later a total of 4 intelligent adults were unable to put them back together, so I am thinking I have to drive all the way into Knoxville to the dealership where I purchased the car. I had company coming and really didn’t have time but my car was useless until I did. So I jumped into my old Ford truck and took off. On the way I passed Ole Ben Franklin Motors so I thought why not try to see if they could do it. I walked in and explained my problem and the first guy asked if I bought the car from them. I said no and he said OK and went right to work on the fob. After a couple of minutes he decided there must be some trick to it and walked me over to Tom Weiss the general manager. Tom immediately smiled at me, took the fob and went to work on it. It took him about 4-5 minutes but he got it together and handed it back to me. I thought I may be pushing my luck a bit but took the other fob out of the bag and asked if he would do that one too. It was in 4 pieces so soon a delightful young named Mitchell walked up and between them both they got the second one back together. THANK YOU TOM AND MITCHELL for your graciousness. I was treated like their best customer ever even though they knew I had never purchased anything from them.
